Ng-voice has already participated in developing call centre solutions, call-through services, voice over WiFi or crypto phone applications.
You would like to set up your communication infrastructure according to IMS? We also provide you with state-of-the-art support here. Carsten Bock is the initiator for integrating IMS in the Kamailio project and still coordinates this area today. The mobile communications provider Orange in France and Smile Telecoms in South Africa use the IMS core. Smile Telecoms uses the Kamailio IMS core for its voice over LTE service with over 1 million customers. Our VoLTE solution includes the IMS-based SIP infrastructure with IPSec support, a sophisticated firewall concept and the integration via a Diameter interface.

Thanks to our ongoing commitment in the Kamailio team and our collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute, we are the perfect partner when it comes to implementing SIP projects. This is where we leverage our longstanding experience acquired from over 10 international projects.
We support our customers in planning, setting up and optimising telecommunications networks, analysing and eliminating faults or developing software and hardware.

Development & Implementation

ng-voice offers order development services and supports companies with the integration of SIP into their own products. Depending on the job at hand, we code in C, C++, Java, php or html.
Once the development work is completed, we perform load and conformity tests or provide our customers with a test infrastructure.
We recently helped develop a wide range of products and services. For example, the SIP core of the new Cryptophone www.blackphone.ch, which won the best MWC 2014 award. Other application examples include a SIP load balancer for call centres, voice over WiFi with automatic fallback to 3G or a call-through service for affordable connections abroad. At the end of the day, we shorten delivery times, provide well-structured code and the infrastructure for testing and expanding solutions.

As one of the very first experienced VoIP practitioners, we have in-depth experience in quickly analysing and rectifying SIP faults and are aware of the pressing importance of acute faults. This is why we leave out the order formalities in urgent cases and immediately start finding a solution after a brief confirmation by e-mail.
In most cases, we can rectify faults without even having to visit the site. We only need the test accounts and trace routes for the fault analysis. With this approach, we save you valuable time and eliminate the fault as quickly as possible.
